High season
(July & August)
The reception team is at your disposal every day:
- Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
- Saturday and Sunday from 8:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Low Saison
(April, may, june and septermber)
Reception is open daily from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Winter
(September to April)
We can be reached by phone or email:
- From Monday to Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 1:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Stays and reservations
In low season, choose your day of arrival, for a weekend with family or friends, from 2 nights! All our prices
In July and August:
- Cottage: 7 days minimum for all our accommodations. Arrivals and departures are on Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday.
- Pitch: Possibility of arrival and departure every day.

Remember to specify whether you want a camping pitch or a cottage rental, as well as the number of participants (adults and children).

Rental of gas barbecues (5€ per day, 25€ per week)
Weekly baby kit (€42) consisting of a baby chair and cot.
Stroller for the week (17.50€).
Weekly fridge (35€).
Weekly garden furniture (5€ per day, 20€ per week)
For all rentals, we strongly advise you to book in advance at reception.

Sale of tickets for the Grand Parc du Puy du Fou and for Planète Sauvage at preferential prices.
Sale of washing machine (€5.00) and dryer (€4.00) tokens. The laundry is near the children’s club. It is open daily from April to September.
Sale of postcards, stamps, WIFI tickets, Yellito stuffed animals, caps, T-shirts, Shirts and various souvenir goodies to take a little of us home with you!

Your arrival
On the day of your arrival, please go to reception to make your arrival arrangements (deposit) and collect the keys to your rental.
Permanent bracelets giving you access to the water park and the village’s infrastructure, they are given to each participant declared when booking the stay.
For any arrival outside the opening hours of the reception, please contact the reception before your arrival.
