High season
(July & August)
The reception team is at your disposal every day:
- Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m to 12:30 p.m and from 2:30 p.m to 7:00 p.m
- Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Low Saison
(April, May, June and September)
The front desk is open daily from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 2:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Winter
(September to April)
We can be reached by phone or email:
- From Monday to Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 2:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Stays and reservations
In low season, choose your arrival date for a weekend getaway with family or friends—a minimum of 2 nights for rental accommodations and 1 night for pitches ! All our prices
In July and August:
- Rental : 7 nights minimum for all our accommodations. Arrivals and departures are on Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday.
- Pitch : Possibility of arrival and departure every day.

Remember to specify whether you want a camping pitch or a cottage rental, as well as the number of participants (adults and children).
Your arrival
On the day of your arrival, please go to reception to make your arrival arrangements (deposit) and collect the keys to your rental.
Permanent bracelets giving you access to the water park and the village’s infrastructure, they are given to each participant declared when booking the stay.
For any arrival outside the opening hours of the reception, please contact the reception before your arrival.
